White Like Me
20 August, 2008
Author: Zach
They say once you go Black,
You never go back,
But hey, nothing fits like a Ritz,
and this Cracker never quits.
I'm a saltine love machine,
and though you're cookoo for cocoa,
I'm here to let you know
I'm magically delicious.
This McWhopper hip-hopper
will break you off something vicious.
See, I'm tight like that,
because I'm White like that,
but despite that fact,
I'm outta sight like that.
My flow-etic, poetic poetry
is unbelievable,
it's inconceivable,
like a disease that's untreatable.
See, I'm a super hero
with a few screws loose in my head;
my name is Boy Wonder,
my alias is Wonder Bread.
Not a klan member,
but a man member of the human race --
not a racist, 'cause I still have a human face.
Yeah, I'm superior,
but not because of the color of my skin;
but for the mindset and knowledge
that comes with a grin.
My super heroes are
Willy Loman and Huckleberry Finn,
and any other fictional character
that America let in.
And anyone who's more than willing
to stand for what's real,
who does what they say,
and says how they feel.
Stop trying to pretend to be,
and worth something,
'cause if you can't be true,
then you ain't worth nothin'.
Stop fighting and lying,
and then you can be free.
What you see is White,
but there's a whole lot more to me.
