All Over But The Crying
6 September, 2008
Author: LCN
It just takes something small
Then escalates from there
Fighting like mortal enemies,
Like we've never cared
We scream and yell,
Then we both place blame
It’s always more
Of the same old game.
I've looked into your eyes
And they don't lie
The anger that is there
Has no place to hide
And After a while
Everything settles down
But sooner or later
It comes back around
The lights go off,
The fighting is done,
The battle is over
And neither side won
And it hurts to know
That love is truly dying
When you know that it's really over,
All over but the crying.
