Even in the darkest of nights
Your words inspire
Spurring me on to a new destiny
Reaching out to take chances
I never may have considered
Had I not made your acquaintance

Your touch, though gentle, exhilarates my very being
A rush of new and vibrant energy flows
In search of a resting place within my soul
Eyes that captivate draw me in to a world unlike I have ever known
Holding me steadfast within your gaze
Longing to embrace this new world I find myself in

Senses are electrified once more
Life now appears as a journey filled with hope and new promise
No need to look back only ahead
To a world in which I have found a reason to be, to carry on
To make a difference at long last
As I move forever forward, freed from the burdens of the past
