I Love You Till The End
24 December, 2008
Author: Nicole Ricketts
When I wake, the thought of you makes my heart ache
I miss you in the morning; I miss you in the evening
All through the day, I don’t know what to say
I am hurting on the inside; I am hurting on the outside
I’m here without you, waiting for our debut
Close to me is where you should be
At my side until the end of the ride
I’ll hold you tight, if you keep us safe all night
Looking in your eyes makes me blush, like a kindergarten crush
Your smile lights up my day, your kisses blow me away
Being with you is a dream come true
Now that you are mine, there is no reason to whine
Loyalty is the key and that is what I am going to be
You swept me off my feet which was exceptionally sweet
You’re not just a guy, you’re the one, and our life together has just begun
You are my best friend, p.s. I love you till the end

This poem was inspired by my incredible boyfriend Jeremy who seems to be my muse lately. I am so thankful to have you in my life Jer. I love you so much. |
