My Fare Well - Parting
1 January, 2009
Author: TriTran
My love waves goodbye to my heart
That is turning into ashes
My love waves goodbye to my soul
That is flying to the heaven
My love waves goodbye to my corpse
That will be buried with the others.
Her tears floods my village
Where I lie in silent waiting
Her cry echoes through the leafy ground
Where dust, a golden carpet, stretches out
Her mourn, a sad lullaby by my ears
That gently rocks my tiny corpuscles to their dreams.
I, a poet have un-knotted my poetry blue ribbon
To return to where I once lived.
