Where The Stars And Sea Meet
31 January, 2009
Author: Miztrebor
I stand with the woman i Love
Her and i at the edge of two frontiers
Lying in wonder at the vast unknown
In front of us lays the sea
Never ending miles of water
Beautiful blues, greens, and colors in between
Hordes of animals and plants to marvel over
Above us Lovers is an ocean of stars
Vast to the most infinite of imaginations
There is so much knowledge to be found
There would never be an end to the learning
But of all the knowledge
Of all the beauty and amazement
I choose to stay here
For i have found the final frontier
The frontier of the woman lying beside me
She is now asleep, smiling, and dreaming
I hope they are of nothing but beauty
For soon i shall fall victim to slumber
Not afor a revel in my joy, in my victory
Yes i have won the heart smiling beside me
Yes it is her sleeping in my arms
But i smile at what i shall whisper in her ear:
My Love,
I have found you
As you have found me
Thank you for letting me inside
Inside to your stars and your sea
And as i drift to join her in sweet peace
Two dolphins jump above the horizon
Just as a star shoots through their path
And then my eyes close upon this night
