Where Is Love
16 February, 2009
Author: LinzAy
Where is love in the morning
To lightly kiss me on the cheek
To stroke my hair away from my eyes
Smiling as he watches me
Where is love in the afternoon
To remind me of life's delights
As he pulls me by my hand out from the shade
To kiss me underneath the sunlight
Where is love in the evening
When I'm sitting on my couch alone
To sit down closely next to me
Holding me tightly, keeping me safe at home
And where is love in all the in-between moments
So I can show him how much I care
When will love show himself to me
When will he be there

LinzAy (72.188.222.180) -- Friday, February 20 2009, 02:54 am Thank you Ev!! I'm glad you liked it :) I heard a song by parachute VA called She Is Love....and I was like...everyone refers to love as "she"...I'll refer to love as "he"...since that's what my love will one day come from. |
