Yin And Yang
17 February, 2009
Author: Colin Stewart
The balance in life is never too late
in our daily quest to equate
the indulgence of an obvious clue
that we want our cake and eat it too!
As the epitome of style and all the rage
this triumph of good taste was a timely guage
which exceeded the expectations of any sage
but would be a fashion faux pas in another age.
The meaning of life is simple and direct
but not with an answer that you'd expect
as the center of the universe would seem correct
if you have the dots in which to connect.
To unravel the conundrum of darkness and light
required acute perception and keen foresight
as this balance in life would not be complete
without swallowing the bitter and tasting the sweet!
Diversity could put a beautiful spin
on the constant trouble that we get in
by opening our minds on how to see
it's the differences which connect you and me.
