World Through An Hourglass
7 March, 2009
Author: Newage Caveman
What would the world look like?
If we were to view it from an hourglass
With moments captured by the sands of time
Do we have the power within to harness?
Every year is a passing
In a space filled with memories
Days marked by glorious events
With each event singing their stories
Destiny gives our lives meaning
With different paths traversed along
We leave the earth behind with strong feelings
To reach the world that we always belonged
True wisdom lies in knowing
In knowing the value of time
The sagacious truth must echo in our hearts forever
Well before we turn fifty nine
You might say we have all the years ahead
Ahead of us to teach the truth
A seed sowed today on knowledge
Is wisdom that turns into a fruit.
Watch the world through an hourglass
You will see a world that never will be
Believe the best in yourself
Coz that’s what you’ve come to see!
