The Klaidescope Of Love: Poems 1 To 5
7 March, 2009
Author: Colin Stewart
All the atomic elements had to confess
that the periodic table was a mess
when simple chemistry can only profess
the equation of love is so hard to suppress!--
When two lovers paddle as a team
against the current of the stream
others may find this quite extreme
although same sex marriage is not obscene!
--
The life of Jesus may provoke debate
so let the skeptics pontificate
but this tired old world can always relate
to a message of love that will never date!
--
Milk and cookies hit the spot!
Santa arrived and wasn't caught
but dear old Dad has been fed.
He wore a white mustache to his bed!
--
My baby is covered from head to toe.
She doesn't need to put on a show
and her sex appeal is without dispute
in a Victoria's Secret asbestos suit!
