This Unpredictable Child Who Lives Inside Myself
27 April, 2009
Author: Karla Bardanza
This unpredictable child who lives
Comfortably inside of me needs some
Time to relax and jump into water.
First this little girl watches things so
Carefully, she never ever lets herself
Go, she always takes care before
Losing control…
And she wants to feel first, she sees
With her heart. When she is at ease,
She puts her shyness aside and plays,
And floats, and swims, and burns. But
She is an instinctive animal, the slightest
Sign of danger, she hides herself in the dark
Then she runs, she is so afraid of the sun.
