This Rain Is Our Bond
29 April, 2009
Author: Miztrebor
When the rain falls upon your face
The gloom disappears.
Though, the clouds do not part,
The night’s moon still shines on you.
Happiness emanates unto a wet world.
Many faces, passing in disgust,
Change to joy in your presence.
You are my beacon in the storm.
You are my guide home tonight.
Please walk along with me
Through this watery veil.
Of you, i’ll never let go.
Of you, i’ll never part.
This rain is our bond,
From water we all come,
Together it holds our love
Not washing it away.
