Recapture The Dream
4 May, 2009
Author: Karla Bardanza
If I can recapture the dream again
And forget what you made me lose.
If I can remember how flowers blossom
In spring and escape from this dry land.
If I can understand all this pain inside
And even the tears I try to hide.
My fire will be rekindled and my glow will
Be seen and I will be where I haven’t been.
And when I can see this old peel away from me,
I will be ready to fly with the wind and to
Dive in another sweet deep blue sea.
