11 May, 2009
Author: Colin Stewart
It sets no rules and obeys no laws
and by specific definition there is no clause.
Ideals are negotiable and often subject to change
as the epitome of beauty covers a wide range!
--

Even camels and frisky parrots are apt to perform
in this ingenuous expression of the solo form!
--

--

from the Victorian mores of the day
and by challenging taboos she was considered mad.
Shocking to think that her pale legs were unclad!
--

The heretic raises his anarchic brow
and the heathen is always on the prowl
by tempting the humanist to break his vow!
