A Love Story

She’s got so many names and faces
But she leaves traces here and there.
No problem…I love her…

She’s sometimes so cold and slippery.
She makes me skid and fall but
When she calls, I crawl…

She’s sometimes so hot, and hungry
She comes to me.I sink, I drown
In her deep delicious sea…

She thinks she keeps her secrets so well,
She thinks I can’t see what is so clear.
I just say:”Oh Love! Oh Dear!”

And she keeps playing games,
It’s always the same…
I just enjoy myself…
So entertaining this shame…

She changed so fast when the other cried.
Her heart got lost, it went astray…
I love her but she is losing me day by day…

And she clings to what she thinks is the safe side,
And deep inside she doesn’t want to hurt me more,
But every move she makes, my heart breaks.

She lies and lies, so polite she pushes me away,
She blows me off …I don’t have more words to say
How much I feel sorry for her…
She goes nowhere, she goes nowhere.
Should I care?

But in her guilty heart, she asks for a bless,
She is in torment and confusion, I know
She names me illusion…I just pray…
I just kneel down and cry
Waiting for the final goodbye.

She has built a wall between her heart and mine.
She has spoilt something so divine in favour of
What she considers the right thing.
I can’t fly, she has cut my wings.

I just watch my defeat.
I just cross the desert alone
And I myself don’t know whether
I am weak or strong.
I just go along lost between what
Seems to be right or wrong.
