When we give up on ourselves,
We might as well give up our freedom.

Lettings others help us do things for us,we need.
Letting others do everything for us is not good for us.

We begin to feel useless,
Incapable of doing for ourselves.

Doing little things at first,adds to our self esteem.
Not trying and giving up is what makes us feel low.

Never give up,
KEEP TRYING
