You consider me just a puppet, a stupid apprentice
Blinded by naivety and unhinged desire but I always
See you creeping alone in the dark so close to me
And so far from my cruel flames and sweet fire.
And you think I haven’t learnt the rules of the game
But when the night draws its curtains I can barely
Remember who you are or even your lovely name
And while you deny to me what I want so bad
Others are so willing to give so fast and free.
What I can’t have from you I get easily somewhere
Even without your tender eyes I always get there.
You think I don’t know what is crystal clear dear
But I really don’t give a damn, I really don’t care.
FYI hun somebody else’s eyes always glare…
