Walking Among Us
16 June, 2009
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
Walking among us are the angels
Not winged picturesque beings
But angels appointed to do good
To bring the messages from a greater good
To those who are in a place to listen -
the message is heard.
They are there at a life changing moment
A stranger that says just what you needed to hear
There with a gift of knowledge
Then gone again, left as a embedded memory
They rescue in a lowly moment
A voice of reason, where there seems no reason
Touches of love passing us
Inspirational strength
A remembered warning
A thoughtful glance
A caring thought
A small gift of heart
A surprising memory struck
These are the angels who walk among us
We pass by them everyday
If only we look in the right direction
Listen and see their work
Bringing peace to the troubled world
The message given in goodness and love
