If i could understand the wind and the stars...
If i could talk to the flowers and learn how to fly...
If i could be as light as a petal and the moon...
If i could kiss the sea and sigh with the waves...
If i could hug the clouds and fulfill a possible dream...
If i could be a poem written in the sky...
If i could be what lives inside your heart...

Maybe i would be able to find what is missing in me deep inside of You...
Maybe i wouldn't be lost between silence and fear...
Maybe i wouldn't have to lie to myself all the time...
Maybe i wouldn't have to face my own darkness and tears...
Maybe i could adapt to what people call life...
Maybe i would be able to stand up and walk away alone again
Without you to heal my pain...
