True Friends Are Not Blind...
26 June, 2009
Author: LinzAy
...Such sadness in those eyes...
What pains are hidden in the depths of that soul?
(Allow me to fight them for you)
What have you yet to conquer that you desire so strongly it's hurting you?
(I'll be your army and help you raise your flag)
Where's the emptiness?
(You know I can fill in your holes)
Who's the thief that broke into your smile and stole every ounce of happiness?
(I'll kill him)
You don't need that mask, my friend.
I see past it.
There's no point in your facade with me.
I see into you.
...Missing the sight of your courage.
Knowing your not acknowledging your strengths.
Let me help you rid of the sadness.
...In those eyes should be beauty...
