Yours And Mine
9 July, 2009
Author: Puppet
Your love is the rain from a clear blue sky,
My love is the worm who flees from it.
Your love is the mountain that watches the plain,
My love is the storm cloud split by it.
Your love is the ant that runs up a tree,
My love is the boy who will squash it.
Your love is the wind that whistles with secrets,
My love is the ears that don´t hear it.
Your love is a crease at the edge of a smile,
My love is the heart that aches for it.
Your love is the darkness of a moonless night,
My love is the child scared of it.
Your love is a ceiling, so quiet and wise,
My love is the eyes that stare at it,
Your love is the love that is whispered from lips,
My love is the man who can´t have it.
