Eyes Of A Child
3 August, 2009
Author: Justin
Stars.
Gleaming in the night,
Reflected in the eyes…of a child.
Rain.
Falling from the sky.
Nobody wonders why…but a child.
And the wonder of all around us,
From the sea up to the mountains, climbing high.
Its amazing when you’re young,
Just what you can dream of…
It can come true.
People.
You see them every day,
No time to stop and play…with their child.
Life.
Before we know it, it is gone,
But it seems to be so long…to a child.
And they wonder what they can do,
Not realizing they’ll be there soon, all in due time.
Its amazing when you’re young,
That whats important is just having fun…
And candy too.
Wind.
Running without a care,
Its blowing through the hair…of my child.
Love.
Stop and take the time,
To appreciate the smile…of your child.
And you wonder where you would be,
This little you has made you complete, and changed your life.
Its amazing when they’re young,
But even more, how fast they grow up…
With love from you.
