What A Journey
7 February, 2002
Author: Don Fraser
As I have journey'd through life
I have had my share
Of sorrow and strife
I was raised in a hippy town
Where the air was
Alway's brown
Then I moved to the country
Oh! I was as
Happy as I could be
Then I went into the air Force
It was then
My life took a different course
It was there that I became a man
Now I do
What I can
To support my family
For they mean
So much to me
I have worked so hard
In my wife
I drew the good card
She has been so true
Women like her
Are very few
We have been married for forty years
In that time
We have shed many tears
If I live my life through
To my wife
I hope it is with you
