She Hides Her Gag
2 September, 2009
Author: Karla Bardanza
And...her eyes hide the sea...wild waves carrying
You to eternity…
And she is nothing but a mystery…
Who can decipher her heart?
Who can tame her fire?
She wears desire…
And…her eyes burn…
She can see what is so far…
Distant scars among the stars…
The past so present…
The little one crying…
And her eyes are her shield
And refuge…
And her eyes are sore…
She is afraid…
She implores…
Who can see?
Who can help her?
Who is she?
Who is there?
But she can’t understand…
Somebody raises his hand…
Despair…
She is a puppet…
She is a scared puppy…
Somebody takes her somewhere…
She is still lost between her past
And what does last…
But she…oh…she tore her fears…
But she…oh…she swallowed her tears…
No word you can hear from her
Silent soul…
No word can express all the times
She had to bow…
Airless she still keeps the pain inside
And there she does hide her gag.
And there she does sag
Every now and then
Again…
