Wondering
7 September, 2009
Author: Barbara Goodhew
Married once, it failed.
But two great girls we had out of our failure .
I wonder now if I made a mistake in leaving.
No abuse physically.
Maybe if I'd been more tolerant of his irritating ways
The attention getting, the drinking The lack of respect
for me and others.
The peace and sanity I have now.
Makes me wonder no more, I made the right choice.

Tarna (22.16.238.52) -- Sunday, September 20 2009, 05:38 am Sometimes life guides us along the stepping stones of life. Had one event not happened, another would not have ever occured. Look at all the loveliness that would have been missed if it had never happend.. Some of our greatest sucesses come from our failures.. Great life lesson.. wonderful recognition.. great poem.. thanks Barb |
