One good thing about being a writer is, A trip never ends. Myself being on many trips, and seeing many places. There is one place in this beautiful nation that stands out in my mind.

After seeing this nation from top to bottom, and from side to side, from the seat of an eighteen wheeler. I have judged but one place the best. Have you ever witnessed the tranquillity of the redwood forest after a summer rain? Or even when the sun is shining brightly on the giant trees? Even the sun can not penetrate all of the forests beauty. Shadows of the trees reach the forest floor. Green ferns place themselves at the bottom of the trees for protection.

Once a man wrote a poem. It went "I think I will never see a thing that is lovelier than a tree." That poem must be about redwood trees. "A tree who’s hungry nest is pressed against earth's sweet loving breast" Yes, poems are made by fools like me. "But only God can make a tree’"
