A Thousand Beautiful Things
22 November, 2009
Author: Karla Bardanza
Lovely words woven out if sugarcane and honey
I fish slowly from your sweet lips and tender eyes
as I unzip my silent night whispering your name
when my mind wanders among the butterflies.
I will never find words to explain this delicate feeling
the moon hides as we melt together in eternal sighs.
Savouring magical words of passion, lust sends us on
a journey towards sacred pleasure and divine delights.
A thousand beautiful things we harvest together
As we kiss the sun and ride languid Venus and Mars.
You shower me with your love and I forget myself
in your hands of myrtle, in your sheets of satin stars.
