War Of Mind
22 November, 2009
Author: Ben Franklin
Myself, Myself…..Me!
The whining crying kind,
Never fulfilled
Just fine
No bars in front
But a prison in my mind
No living on the edge,
So there is no chance for me to leap
The only time I’m falling is in my sleep
There’s got to be more than this
How much can one take?
Like a retractable pencil…. If you push to hard it will break
The walls are closing in
Breathing has suspended,
I will be grateful when I break free
And the war of mind has ended
