Christmas is almost here
Yes it’s that
Time of the year
Soon it will be spring
Think of
All the joys it will bring
The grass will turn green
You will see cloudless skies
Everything will look so clean
Oh! Sure the rain will fall
But you will have
A ball
Then comes summer
It is anything
But a bummer
And in the autumn
There will still be
Some sun
But best of all
Is winter because of Christmas
And all of the joy
It gives us
Santa and his sleigh
Children going out
To play
Snow on the ground
It seems to be
All around
Kid’s have a ball
Much more than they did
In the fall
School was out then
Believe me, those kid’s
Knew when
There are many school vacations
Families go to visit
Their relations
But when all is said and done
For kid’s
Christmas vacation
Is the best one.
