Delight
27 January, 2010
Author: Karla Bardanza
A savage force makes me fall in love
with myself, miracles unfold as a tree
shares its shadow with me and time
touches me gently, whispering me confessions
when I sit in front of the mirror cuddling
more that person I see there.
The sweet radiance of this star
embracing me takes me away,
I am not standing at the dusty edge
anymore. Now my star assumes
the whole of my day and my
night and all the answers are not
necessary as my questions opened
a different pathway in my heart and
I only know delight.
