Four Devils And A Saint: 5 Poems
7 February, 2010
Author: Colin Stewart
He drags you into his cesspool.
His delight lies in your bloody stool
with no return for such a fool
and it's there you'll see the devil's drool!
--------
Just idle your car and wait in line.
Please disregard the ominous sign
that your time on earth is overdue.
The devil will serve you at the next drive-thru!
--------
My porcelain doll has piercing eyes.
She fools me daily with all her lies.
I scream but no one hears my cries.
My bedroom is a place in which I despise.
--------
The devil steered the mighty ship
and this charter was her final trip
into unknown depths of depravity
when 21 men sailed out to sea.
--------
Your distress is hard for him to shake.
It's a little bit more than he can take
but you are blessed; he's not a fake.
Your guardian angel needs a coffee break!
