End Of The Trip
8 October, 2001
Author: Don Fraser
am now retired
Its not easy
For me to be inspired
I have been to many places
I have seen
Many faces
I have driven in all of our states
And eaten
From many plates
When my boss said go
I never refused
Nor was I ever slow
I would push that peddle down
And never wore
A frown
For power I would kill
Just to get me
Up that hill
Now it is over
I'm supposed to
Be in the clover
We'll I'm here to tell ya
I would give anything
To be a young fella.
