Confusion And Subterfusion: 5 Poems

It's a struggle to decipher the message you send
and frankly you're driving us around the bend.
You were groomed to be our lover. Now be a friend.
A man's mind is a precursor to a dead end!
----
We could not focus or start to opine.
Ergo the dilemma of this warning sign
by failing to make it to the end of the line.
Human psychology can baffle the mind!
----
This philosophy in which you wish to rap
led to a quagmire of a cultural gap
and the bottom line in linguistics is most absurd.
I didn't understand a single word!
----
If our thoughts were served by punctuation
all sentences would face elimination
to keep us permanently in the proverbial dark.
Behold the strong will of the question mark!
----
Homer wrote with an expanded voice.
Shakespeare wasn't alone. It was his choice
and the literary sleuth tackled this mystery
were they merely one man or a committee?
