Questions With A 'w': 5 Poems
17 March, 2010
Author: Colin Stewart
Who?
Restless we are to trace the source
in finding their name without remorse
through the navigation of an obstacle course
when curiosity is such a natural force!
-------
Why?
It's a word which always needs a reply
in order to confirm or justify
although answers are often in short supply
with the questions so many prefer to deny!
-------
Where?
It is not for us to fully know
the direction in which we will go
and the mystery always continues to grow
unless you decide to bend with the flow!
-------
When?
Faith had patience and was willing to wait.
Science joined this ongoing debate
and if it's your time you can't be late
in this fickle solution known as fate!
-------
What?
On a wedding night soon to be denied
consummation would always be implied
and behind the mask she managed to hide
with this dilemma of being Frankenstein's bride!
