Lighten Up Mister Poe
9 May, 2010
Author: Colin Stewart
There's no hope, my friend, for the light of day
if darkness is what you must obey
and with morbid tendencies he was no slouch
laying intently on the psychiatrist's couch
recounting stories of gloom and doom
which should never leave this haunted room
and as Edgar Allan Poe stopped to think
his shrink ran away to see another shrink!
