Two Geordie Angels,
came to call
Promising to treasure forever,
our Nanna who was loved by us all.

Joyce they whisper,
take our hand,
As we take you to safety,
and on clouds we'll stand.

Gazing upward,
we watch her go,
To a place where,
they'll always play Bingo.

Thirteen hearts break,
on this tragic day,
Of your thirteen grandchildren,
who would always stay.

Two at the bottom,
and two at the top
listening to bedtime stories
and sharing lolly pops.

In all of our eyes
you were simply the best,
sweet dreams Nanna
good night and God bless.

Our hearts broken,
now that you're gone,
wrapped safe and secure,
in the wings of your Steven and Don.

Three Geordie Angels,
they soar so high,
as we send all our love
watching you TAKE TO THE SKY!!
