I Sure Was Cute
27 September, 2001
Author: Don Fraser
I was a little tow head
I use to gurgle so cute
When my mother put me to bed
I sat on my fathers knee
I would laugh and sing
I Sure Was Cute
I think I was only three
If I asked for it
Anything I wanted
I would get
One year I wanted a bike
I sure was
A spoiled tyke
My father bought me the thing
But before I got it
I had to sing
I sang and danced around
A cuter kid
Could not be found
I was like a snake coiled
You bet I was
Completely spoiled
So if you ever have any kids
Please do not
Listen to their bids
Those kids will grow up like me
I'm still as cute
As a boy can be.
