Spring Dance
2 July, 2010
Author: Lamar Cole
Darling, I remember how pretty you looked.
At the spring dance.
Carnation in your hair.
Flowing strapless chiffon dress.
Color of blue so pure.
Lovely as a beauty queen.
Girl of my dreams.
Sweet as a lily in bloom.
Essence radiating through the room.
Beauty and charm a wonderful combination.
You in my arms a sweet sensation.
I feel like I'm king of the world.
Because God made you my girl.
