What It Never Was
3 July, 2010
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)

The grass looks greener
But it really isn't
It's all a temporary point of view

Then there is reality
As the shadow lifts
The obvious is shown
That nothing is changed
It's all the same
It may be a different place
A different name
But in the end all that remains
Is the facade of a dream

Then it is realized
It was only the rose colored glasses
And now they are removed
