Today I awoke,
discovering wings unbroke.
Pieced together through the night,
by my Guardian Angels who love and light.

Me and my way,
should I stumble or stray.
From the path which I have been given,
their Heavenly glow towards I am driven.

Wings fan out,
as Angelic whispers hush my every doubt.
So afraid that I may fall,
these Cherubs allow me to stand tall.

Upon their wings so strong,
they glide me to where my heart does truly belong.
Enfolding my body so tight,
on powerful shoulders they carry me at the speed of light.

Faith seeps from my very core,
tears of joy run down my cheeks as across the sky we soar.
They whisper, "you're precious and never alone",
discarding my every fear as if it were a skimming stone.

Soar now a flutter as we do descend,
Angelic kisses they bestow in a bid to mend.
Tippytoeing backwards to make sure I am fine,
I blow a kiss to these BEAUTIFUL GEORDIE ANGELS OF MINE!!!
