No Hope

Author: Mandy Steder
Inside she is crying, screaming, drowning in her despair.
Outside for them she smiles, and lives without a care.
Time fades to irrelevance, lost in endless tears.
A heart filled with sorrow and neverending fears
Change and new beginnings all end in vain.
The dusk brings comfort, and the dawn only pain.
Alone and so lost, she cannot find her way
Every moment she slips further away.
Who will come to catch her before the fall?
Just another fatality, another brick in the wall.
------- Author's Notes -------
