Endless Summer...
16 September, 2010
Author: Terrie*
Sweet dreams,
Of summer slumber,
Fade into another season...
The warmth of the suns kiss,
Upon my flesh...
The midnight moon walks ,
Enjoyin' the invitin' evenin' breeze,
Laced in a fringe Sarong wrap ...
Basked in an orange sunset,
A summers love,
Of a forever romantic captured embrace ...
Poof soon all gone astray ,
Moments in time dissolve...
I adoringly welcome Autumns,
Most perfect Indian summer...
Before that too shall slip my vision,
Into a Winters solace ...
I await peacefully thinkin' ,
As my summer days approach an end,
I welcome and appreciate every season...
I Wait For the first sign of spring,
The lustrous blossom to appear...
And then before too long,
Another round,
Summertime once again shall be near...
Oh yes, so far away,
But so close to my hearts memories,
Of summer time desires...
Of an endless summer,
Fadin' into the sunset...
