The Reality Of The Surreal
1 May, 2011
Author: Tarna
surreal yet too real to be real
familiarity in a sideways place
past the circus to a darker dimension
stolen away without a fight
moving through colored walls of hilarity
reality became the surreal place
just one step to the side
it was not right; it was not wrong
standing on the other side of the wall
besides ones self, among others
almost too solid to get back out
frightening to be pulled through
the colors did not let loose
they would not allow it
concerned face of trust pressed in
reminding me of where I should be
...And where I should stay
------- Author's Notes -------
A third and last trip on Salvia. My decision.. no more for me. I seen enough. |
