For Jesus

Jesus,

I had to take time out and thank You for tolerating me, for loving me in spite of my errors and my wrongs. I appreciate Your loving care, even when I don’t give You the time You deserve. When my prayer and praise is sporadic, You are still there. I know no earthly love greater than thine and never will. I felt it important to express my gratitude for everything You’ve done, are doing and will do. You feed me when I’m hungry, clothe me when I’m without garment, provide drink when I’m thirsty, cover me when I’m driving, correct me when I’m wrong, encourage me when I need encouragement, advise me not to yield to temptation, listen to me when I talk, forgive me when I mess up and love me in spite of the wrong I’ve done. You have mercy on me countless times, chase me when I struggle, clean me when I’m dirty, restore me when I need restoration, help me to make it in this life, surround me when I’m insecure, comfort me when I’m comfortless, provide friendship when I’m friendless, teach me Bible when I’m uneducated and understand when I’m confused.
I thank you Bread of Life for being the One I can count on in time of need. I know what I have to do to make it and I strive while I yet live to make you proud by learning the importance of obedience and respect.

Thank You Jesus for everything.

Very truly yours and with love,
M
