Equilibrium must be gained
Not just gained but maintained
One minute, Sunny
Next minute, Rain
One minute, Clouds,
Next minute, Clear
One minute, Courage
Next minute, Fear
One minute, Power
Next minute, Defeat
One minute, Running Toward
Next minute, Retreat
One minute, Firm
Next minute, Soft
One minute, Found
Next minute, Lost
Moods swinging like tree vines
Moods hanging low like power lines
Unstable like a wobbly chair
Lifting one leg and maintaining poise
While my nostrils breathe in the fresh air
Clasping my hands together as if in prayer
Closing my eyes and taking my mind there
Get yourself together girl, get symmetric
Get aligned, stay connected
