Eccentricity

They look, they stare
It bothers her
So she looks elsewhere
Hides her face
She doesn’t like to be seen
She walks fast
Drives erratic
To get away
From people who look her way
She’s eccentric
She can’t get it under control
She can’t find out what works best for her to overcome
She’s a troubled, tormented soul
She’s ill
She wishes she was well
But only time will tell
If she’ll get better or not
She hopes it’s the former
It’s unhealthy to live insane
To have this stuff on the brain
She doesn’t want the little things
The trivial things like this
To bother her so
She just wants to get rid of it and grow
Grow out of her immature state
She doesn’t want to be insanity’s bait
She wants to be able to look
Left or right
Day or night
People can’t be escaped
So might as well deal
With the eyes
Don’t let it bother you
Don’t be unwise
When someone pulls up beside you at a stoplight
Looking into your window
They’re not hurting you
Just keep your head straight
Enjoy your music and just wait
Until the light turns green
Then drive like you got sense
Act like you got sense
Think like you got sense
Stupidity can bring about a heavy consequence
So subdue that brain to silence
Don’t be stupid
Let people look
As long as you’re not being victimized
Then don’t worry about people’s eyes
If you want to go out and have fun
Then do that, enjoy your day
Don’t let something childish like this
Get in your way
