Old And Clueless
5 July, 2011
Author: Meridian Zuriel
Why am I old and clueless?
Why am I old and unlearned?
Why am I old and ignorant?
Why am I old and leapfrogging?
Why am I old and indecisive?
Why am I old and not firm?
Why am I old and not assertive?
Why am I old and not able to discern?
Why am I old and still in elementary?
Why am I old and unaware?
Have I learned nothing with time?
Am I still thinking
As if I were in my prime
Why am I old and susceptible?
Why am I old and gullible?
Why am I old
And don’t know better than that
Why am I not attentive?
Where’s my common sense at?
