i often think and wonder
what do i have to offer?
what do i have to say?
what can i do to help others in my way
i'm just a simple person
with thoughts and dreams
i have feelings i have faults

i often think and wonder
why do we go thru happy lives
have them turn into struggles
why are we given everything we think we need
then make it seem like that its not what we need.
i hurt i am sad i am lonely

i often think and wonder
why are children born in perfect health only
to go thru life threathening illness.
some have the good fortunate to be healed
and returned to their parents.
giving us the pleasure of watching them grow.
i smile i am greatful

i often think and wonder
why freinds have to go thru life altering expereinces.
challenges to their will and strength of character.
given things that seem like are too hard for them to
handle.
and be forced to deal with it.
i listen i try to help

i often think and wonder
why do bad things happen to good people
why do life challenges happen
why do we get given something only to have it taken
awy
why are we given things at times that are not ideal.
i dont know the answers
i live i learn i grow.

i often think and wonder
i make mistakes i live with the errors of my ways
but somedays i wish life was not so hard.
that challenges did not have to happen to us
that we are allowed to be happy.
i wish i need

i often think and wonder.
