Misinterpreted

Thinking for me
Talking for me
Told you the truth
But you silence me
If I don't see you
You say I do
But ain't no sense
Talking to you
Because your head
Is hard to get through
You know me
But you don't know me
You know my name
But you don't know my cause
Got to look at you
To see you
No matter what I do
I can't please you
(You talk when I speak)
(You talk when I'm silent)
You wish you knew
Why I am the way I am
Why I do the things I do
I listen to the nonsense
And your belief of the untrue
Wishing you'd close your mouth
And not reopen it til you
Know what you're talking about
I'm a verse taken out of context
Surrounded by know-it-alls
Which leave my spirits vexed
In your mind you're right
But you're 100% wrong
Suffering because of your mouth
All day long
Opinions come first to some
While facts come later
Meanwhile the number of the people believing anything
Becomes greater and greater
I'm not acting like I'm anything
I'm just me
Just because I chill alone
Doesn't mean you can't approach me
You've got many opportunities
To shoot questions
But you refuse to ask me
I ain't mad at you per se
Just at your ridiculous philosophy
