Silent Abyss
1 September, 2011
Author: Tarna
I lie here in silence in the liquid alone
It was nice while it lasted
It was nice till alone
My nose touching the liquid
That holds life or death
Only an inch matters
An inch holds my breath
So close in the liquid, if only known
To breath in the water
And it would all be done
To Him, I'm not enough
To him, it doesn't matter
Alone I float liquid
Alone I ever after
What difference it makes
If I breathe or I don't
The liquid surrounding
I live or I won't
But who really cares
Of the darkness I feel
It's harsh and profound
My life, it's surreal
Standing I stagger
The wine fills my head
I know I am better
Alive rather than dead
I breathe deep of the air that's above
I stager, but carefully
down the stairs I trod
My choice not to breathe
Is my breath of life
I choose to live on
Not happy, as as another's wife
My tears are hidden by the water's mist
Crying in the darkness
I keep to myself
Alone in my silence, I live in a silent abyss
